My two favourite seasons are Spring and Autumn.
Spring for it's new lease of life, the growth and the anticipation of things to come and then Autumn for it's cooler temperatures after summer and as the air gets crisper the views on the mountains stretch further. Not forgetting the gorgeous array of colours on display. The deep reds, oranges and yellows. The summer's final signature before winter takes over The pictures below are from my trip the other weekend to a gorgeous town called Ludlow to stay with friends and also on a climb with my brother in Snowdonia.

The video below is part of my mindfulness series. I collected the leaves seen on the film on my drive back from Ludlow and received lots of weird glances as I stood with bag in hand picking them up from the edges of busy roads. My aim is to show all the lovely colours.

I waited for a sunny day and set the camera up and once I pressed record let the leaves tumble down in front of the lense and with the sunlight shining through
I hope you enjoy the outcome.

Mindfulness in motion. Autumn leaves in sunlight
