In this episode of the One Planet One Place podcast I'm sharing with you something that I had slipped out of doing and because of it things haven't been great. So I decided to take back control and get happy and you can too.
I used to do it every day but as life normally does it gets in the way and we slip out of a habit and sometimes develop other not so helpful habits.
If you can start your day with these 5 questions and really feel them then believe me they will make a huge difference to your life.
If you can be happier, you can become more present and within that space you can fall back in love with life again.
