Mindfulness Meditation
A technique to be in the moment.
To bring your attention to this very moment.
To escape to you and where you are right this point in time.

By using this technique you can be at peace anywhere, have control and bring your attention back to you and the moment.
I recorded this after a sad occasion but it was in that moment of sadness I felt totally connected. My mind was in that very moment, not thinking about anything else or worried or anything, just there. It was beautiful in it's own unique way.
