5 Ways to Disconnect from a Busy World
In this week's podcast I share with you 5 ways on how you can disconnect from a busy world.
It's important that we give ourselves some time away, in order to reconnect to what really matters. The people in our lives, and more importantly us. So I share with you 5 ways that could make this possible.
I recorded this podcast from the garden at the farm and you can hear the beautiful bird song as I walk around.
Here are the 5 ways
Don't check your email for the first hour of your day
Don't look at the TV or the Web, including Social Media 90 minutes before bed
Walk outside 30-45 minutes per day
Take several 'digital diet' days per month, where you don't look at anything digital
Don't look at your phone during meals or when talking to someone else.
