5 Ways to Disconnect from a Busy World
In this week's podcast I share with you 5 ways on how you can disconnect from a busy world.

It's important that we give ourselves some time away, in order to reconnect to what really matters. The people in our lives, and more importantly us. So I share with you 5 ways that could make this possible. 

I recorded this podcast from the garden at the farm and you can hear the beautiful bird song as I walk around.

Here are the 5 ways
1. Don't check your email for the first hour of your day

2. Don't look at the TV or the Web, including Social Media 90 minutes before bed

3. Walk outside 30-45 minutes per day

4. Take several 'digital diet' days per month, where you don't look at anything digital

5. Don't look at your phone during meals or when talking to someone else.
