From the toughest races in the world to exploring your own area.
In this latest Podcast, I interview Tobias Mews the adventure athlete, journalist, author, film maker and now dad on how he has coped with some of the World's toughest and most challenging races.
Tobias has now taken part in over 250 races from some of the World's toughest and most gruelling races such as the Marathon Des Sables across the desert, to The Dragon's back, which is an incredible 5-day journey of 315 kilometres long with 15,500 metres of ascent across wild, trackless, remote and mountainous terrain. It is the toughest 5-day mountain race in the world to some more obscure races such as wife carrying.
I ask Tobias about what started him on being so adventurous and what we can do to get out there and start exploring or even running a race.
Plus we discuss his latest book GO which is an inspirational guide to getting outside and challenging yourself.
250 races so far from Wife carrying to Ultra marathons of epic proportion
